Can I order multiple prints and canvas in one order?
Absolutely! Order away - we are so excited to have our art in your homes and spaces.

Motherland Designs uses a third party to help with shipping and production. We have chosen a provider who is reputable and will provide the highest quality. Protection of the pieces is extremely important to us and ensuring that our customers receive their products intact and in great condition is our priority. If there are any issues, let us know and we will make it right!

If you order multiple prints in different textures at once; it will likely be placed in one roll. If it is a custom order, the packaging will reflect the custom piece.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
At this time, we are particularly focused on growing our business in the United States. We do hope to expand into Canada next and then worldwide. Motherland Designs has big plans, and we don’t want to limit ourselves. However, as we begin our first year in business, we want to focus on domestic sales before expanding to other markets. Of course, if there is a particular international query for a specific piece, please contact us to see what options may be available! Give us a shout out if there is a place outside of the US that you want us to ship to!

My order arrived incomplete or damaged.
Take a deep breath. Count to ten and think of all the beautiful things. Then, send us an email to let us know what you ordered, order number and we will get things straightened out! After all, your happiness is our number one priority.

Shipping Policy
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS and possibly other carriers such as FedEx and/or UPS. At this time, we are operating domestically in the United States. In the event of an international inquiry for requested shipping outside of the United States, we may be able to do so upon request. Shipping options vary depending on piece and quantity of purchase. All California residents will incur sales tax as set by the State of California. On average, it takes 5-7 business days to process your order (unless otherwise discussed with Motherland Designs for custom orders), and our estimated shipping time is approximately 5-10 business days depending on where you are located. This allows us the time to custom print your art, coat the pieces, and package your order.

We do our best to print and deliver as soon as we receive your order and customer service, and quality is our number one priority.

All prints are mostly created at standard sizes and can fit in frames found in retail stores. We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail or wrong shipping addresses. Please triple check your address and information during the check-out process! We offer shipping through our shipping provider, Printify, as this prevents our products from getting lost in the mail and ensures that they find their way to their new home. Your happiness is our priority, and we truly believe that the most important thing for our Motherland Designs tribe is to ensure quality of pieces and customer service come first! If for any reason you are not happy with your print, please send us a message at contact@motherlanddesigns.com explaining the reason (damaged, lost, incorrect order) and we will do our best to make it right! We will respond back in a timely manner, and with details on next steps.

Unfortunately, no exchanges or refunds are given due to the customization of the products. All sales are final. However, we are happy to exchange if your order was damaged at all during the shipping process. Please provide proof and contact us with your concern. All acceptable exchanges must be returned at your own expense. Quality assurance is extremely important for us, and we hope you’re satisfied with your artwork and keep coming back for more! Note -- each case is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will do our best to help address the issue.

I really like a piece and would prefer it on a different medium. Ideally as a throw blanket. Is this possible
Absolutely! We want to start introducing our patterns and designs on a multitude of mediums and textures, including throw pillows and blankets. We are always excited to work with you to get your vision to life.

Will you be introducing new artwork?
Of course! Motherland Designs began with a single mission: to invoke and inspire. All the artwork in the Ekta collection are unique and authentic, provoking different emotions and feelings into the space you bring it into. But this is only the beginning and we don’t want to stop there. The next collection will be full of color and vibrant emotion. We will continue to introduce our artwork through various mediums and we hope you continue to support it!

If I run a business like a hotel or yoga studio, am I able to purchase artwork in bulk?
Absolutely! Motherland Designs artwork is not only for the home but to be enjoyed by business owners who feel that the work would be part of their aesthetic. We are open to working with you and your budget to make your vision come to life, and deck out your space!

Are you open to working with interior designers across America to introduce original design work?
This would be a wonderful opportunity, and we hope to collaborate with designers across North America to bridge the artwork of Motherland Designs to client’s that are using interior designer services. This can be in the shape of custom orders, or simply staging artwork for home showings, model homes, and the list goes on! Interior Designers, contact us!

Are we able to purchase the originals?
Unfortunately, no. The originals are with Motherland Designs in their gallery! Note that the integrity of the piece remains through it’s printed reproduction and quality assurance is our number one priority. The team at Motherland Designs has done it’s due diligence in finding the best vendors to bring the vision to life, and provide top quality products. The prints are reproduced straight from the original drawing and are printed and coated with top quality scans and finishing.

Will you expand your work into galleries?
Yes, Motherland Designs would like to showcase their work through diverse channels and will hopefully be in conversations to introduce select pieces into the gallery world. Stay tuned!

Commissions and Custom Orders
Motherland Designs is always open to collaboration and custom orders! We strive to make your vision come to life by working 1:1. Whether it be custom print on fabrics like curtains or dreaming up designs on tile, we can make it happen. In addition, there may be pieces that you want in a different size. If yes, contact us! Motherland Designs would love to be part of the vision process in order to bring a unique flavor to the art you want to introduce into your spaces. We welcome stylists, interior designers, and anyone who has a creative eye and wants to work with us in order to create some customized pieces.
